Nestled in Three Rivers, Texas, Gilmore Heritage RV Park offers RV sites featuring big rig access, pull through sites, water, sewerage, trash, laundry, WiFi and 30/50 amp hookups. Sites are just a short drive from local attractions such as Padre Island Beach, The River Walk, Fiesta Texas Entertainment Park, Corpus Christi shopping and of course the Choke Canyon reservoir. We are a very small quiet and peaceful park. Located in the heart of the Eagelford Shale in Three Rivers Tx, we are only one half mile from Choke Canyon State Park where some of the best fishing in the state takes place! We promise lots of shade trees, have a laundry room and a playground for the little folks! Whether its for a night or two, we promise you a wonderful stay! Hope to see you soon!

Gilmore Heritage RV Park: Rules and Regulations

Speed limit: strict 10 mph or less. There are children and pets in the park. You are responsible for visitors driving irresponsibly. If you're caught speeding, you may be asked to move from Gilmore Heritage RV park.

Terms: two adults plus children. Additional adults will be charged $5 per person per day.

Parking: only two vehicles per site. No commercial trucks. Overflow parking is by the laundry building. No parking on the grass without permission. There will be an extra charge for each additional vehicle.

Rent: monthly bills are due on the 1st of the month and no later than the 5th. After the 5th a $25 late fee plus $10 per day will be added to your bill. Contact the onsite manager if you need to make other arrangements. Those with weekly rates, rent is due on the Monday of that week. There will be a $5 per day late fee after Monday.

Conduct: drunkenness, disorderly, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated. The use or possession of illegal drugs, and/or drug paraphernalia or abusiveness will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Campsite: must be kept neat and orderly. There is a NO trash tolerance. Do not throw trash, food or cigarette butts on the ground. You may have rugs or pallets (use it at your own risk) in front of your camper door as long as it is not on the grass. Water leaks should be repaired immediately or reported to the onsite manager immediately. It is your responsibility to maintain the integrity of your site and your responsibility to make sure your visitors do the same.

Sewer: please do not dispose of feminine hygiene products, condoms, plastic, paper towels, diapers, trash, pet waste in the sewer. We are on a septic system and these things kill our pumps and ruin the septic system.

Dumpster Doors: must be closed at all times to prevent trash from going everywhere and due to animals. All boxes need to be cut down to fit into the dumpster.

Quiet Time: 10 PM to 6 AM Please be considerate of your neighbors. No excessive noise at any time. Others may be sleeping.

Absolutely NO cleaning of fish or fowl on premises.

Children Under 12: Must have adult supervision when playing on or near playground or In recreational areas. They are to be courteous of other tenants and of their property.

No Firearms, fireworks, or welding in the park.

Pets: must be leased or in the owners control at all times. Tenants are required to pick up after their pets. Any dog that shows of aggression is not allowed in the park. Due to insurance requirements and safety, no Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds or any dog that is mixed with these breeds. Any owner of a pet that causes disturbance of another tenant will be asked to leave or find other arrangements for the pet. Dog poop must be in a plastic secured bag before disposing of it in the trash can. Maximum of two dogs per site (including visitors).

Conservation/Trees/Vegetation: no unnecessary water running. Excessive use of water will result in a fee of no less than $50. A $250 fee will be assessed for removal or cutting trees or plants without written permission from management. Warning: do not drive steaks holes etc. into the ground. Sewer, water, and electric lines are beneath the ground throughout the campground. Driving any device into the ground, could cause damage to one of these lines or harm you. Any damage caused by your negligence will be your responsibility and cost of repair. All satellite receivers in us being on a tripod or movable stand, preferably on your pad and not in the grass if possible.

Laundry: please use the laundry facilities as needed, but be respectful of others. Do not leave laundry in washers and/or dryers overnight or for an extended period of time. Please clean out the dryer lint trap after each used to prevent fires and extend the life of our machines. Please clean up after yourself and turn off all lights when you leave the laundry room. Quarters may be obtained from the park managers if needed, when available.
